Can you send me a catalog/brochure?

Unfortunately we cannot fulfil requests for brochures from the LARIS ART web store. We will update the website as frequently as possible with the latest collections.

Where does the LARIS ART web store deliver?

No matter where you are, we can ship products to your location. If your country is not available while placing your order, please contact us via email at contact@larisart.com.

How to care for my crystals?

All jewelry is hand crafted and therefore is very delicate. The metal is plated and each crystal is individually set and is required a special care.

- Store your jewelry in the original soft bag to avoid scratches.
- Polish your jewelry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid contact with water.
- Avoid hard contact (knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.

Why bright copper items are more expensive than the others?

Copper is considered a semiprecious, nonferrous, malleable metal with many hundreds of applications. The more brighter copper is the good quality and clean material.

Can I pay with using my credit or debit card?

LARIS ART accepts Visa, Matercard etc. Please select the apropiate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed by payments by PayPal. Pay Pal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your financial information every time you shop. PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal balance directly. Your payment details will not be shared with LARIS ART.

When will my order be shipped?

- Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 7 am EST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

I’d like to send my order as a gift, can you do gift wrapping?
Yes - just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we can send your gift straight to them. Don't forget to mention in the "Order Notes" filed that your order is a gift.
How do I return an item?
You may exchange or return your item within 7 days from time of purchase. All returned items should be in a perfect, unused condition, with your receipt of the ordered products.
